DBT Skills and Strategies in Clinical Settings
Day 1 of this training workshop is designed to teach
participants the basic theoretical framework and modules of DBT and the skills needed to start effectively treating their own clients.
Sunday, November 5th
DBT Experiential Training and Case Studies
Day 2 is designed to allow participants
experiential practice in utilizing DBT modules and skills for actual client cases.
*Participants may choose to attend both Days 1&2, or either Day 1 or Day 2 to best fit their interests and needs.
Clinicians across the country are using the empirically supported strategies of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help treat individuals with a wide range of mental health disorders.This training workshop is designed to teach participants the basic theoretical framework and modules of DBT and the skills needed to start effectively treating their own clients.

Dr. Marsha Andreoff will translate the most challenging concept from DBT to simple practical terms so you are ready to use these skills immediately with your clients. Participants are able to bring one of their own cases or follow along with a chosen case to get hands on practice in utilizing DBT skills. Having a case to refer to will enable participants to work through the exercises with a sense of application and purpose.
