Creve Coeur Counseling Institute

Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice

Creve Coeur Counseling Institute was developed by Nancy E. Golden, M.Ed., LPC, and Susan M. Hall, M.Ed., LPC. Having been in private practice for a number of years and serving as supervisors for those working toward licensure, Nancy and Susan noticed that many of those coming into the field had a lack of understanding and experience in a number of issues commonly dealt with in therapy. Nancy and Susan, who aside from their private practices are also adjunct professors in the Master’s in Counseling Program at Lindenwood University, saw an opportunity to combine teaching and therapy by providing advanced training for graduate students, new professionals, and even seasoned professionals who want to learn more about turning theoretical knowledge into actual practice.

CCCI’s is proud to offer a unique training opportunity, the Second Saturday Seminar Series — six individual seminars presented by licensed professionals who have had hands on experience with the areas of study presented. These seminars may be attended individually, as a series of any three, or as the entire series of six.

Nancy and Susan are the cofounders of Creve Coeur Counseling Associates, a group of private practitioners comprised of Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Professionals with varying areas of expertise, who are dedicated to the holistic well being of every individual served. Opportunities are available for internships, supervision, and part of full time office rental for those interested in entering into private practice.
